But why not succeeding together, with someone? Why isn’t shared success of that much value as individual success? In this piece, I wanted to portray that success can be achieved together, whether it’s a partner, a friend or a family member. Success doesn’t have to be alone. Moments in your life, the varied experiences - just about everything should be reflected in your artwork. I woke up one morning feeling extremely worked up. Too much energy that couldn’t let me focus. So I decided to start this piece without an end goal in mind. Just trying to release that energy on the brush strokes. And slowly things started to fall in place. I took breaks in between to just look at the piece and see what was missing, and what I needed to add, somewhat intuitively. And so it kept building...
